Inventory Manager
Quickly and easily keep track of which vendors supply your ingredients, and how much they cost. The Inventory window automatically calculates how much stocked value you have per inventory item, and a grand total stock value. Keep basic information in the list view, or go to the details view and store a plethora of information about each inventory item.

Recipe Manager
Store your recipes in a searchable database! Add ingredients from your inventory, mixing instructions, notes and more. The "Make Recipe" feature deducts the recipe ingredient amounts from inventory, automatically converting to the proper measurement ratio.

Need to make twice as much? Ten times as much? Half as much? No Problem! Apothecary Keeper will automatically increase or decrease your recipe by the multiple you provide at the press of a button.

Apothecary Keeper provides you with how much your recipe costs you to make based on the cost of your inventory items! It will even tell you haw many distribution units your recipe will make, and how much it cost to make that distribution unit!

There are five "User Defined Fields" in the recipe window that allow you to enter your own custom field labels and have them appear on all recipes! And each "User Defined Field" has unique editable drop-down lists to store and track your own custom data.
